- Project description: 2nd story back addition to a bi-level house in Rochelle park. A 6-member family decided to build an addition to their house since they didn't have enough space and privacy. The architect designed blueprints that were way over the family's budget. Bergen Remodeling managed to redo the blueprints and still meet the needs and the budget of the family. The construction in Rochelle Park included two more bedrooms, a 4- point full bathroom with custom shower, a fire place on the ground floor of the addition, complete new central air heating and cooling system, hardwood floors in the rooms and hallways and tile floors in the bathroom. Even with a different blueprints the results were “phenomenon as the family put it. Bergen Remodeling to provide services of space planner and architect with experience in Park Ridge. Full project management with on-site lead carpenter.
- Windows: The family in Old Tappan had selected Pella Impervia.
- Floors: Pre- Finished Oak hard wood floors in the living room and the hallways, limestone tile in the bathroom by Florida Tile.
- Air heating and cooling system: HVAC Provided complete new central air heating and cooling system (two zones) to new addition.
- Fire Place: direct vent gas fireplace on ground floor of addition.
- Staircase: Custom oak stairs by Glen Rock Stairs (servicing Rochelle Park) to 2nd story back addition of the house.
